I engaged Michael at Vanguard to prepare a retrospective valuation for CGT purposes, and I could not be more satisfied with the service I received. From the outset, Michael was exceptionally professional, patient and understanding. He took the time to listen carefully to the circumstances surrounding the valuation and demonstrated a genuine interest to ensuring that the assessment was thorough, accurate and properly supported. The completed Valuation Report was of an excellent standard. It was detailed, well structured and clearly explained the methodology, evidence and reasoning that led to the final valuation amount. I particularly appreciated the transparency of the report and the way Michael explained the factors considered in arriving at his professional opinion. Michael went beyond what I expected in terms of his professionalism, attention to detail and willingness to ensure that the valuation was properly understood. His approach gave me confidence in both the quality and integrity of the final report.
